We have arranged luxury rail journeys since 2008. The memberships and certifications below set out how your booking is protected, who holds us to account and what you can expect from us before, during and after your journey.

ABTA member

Member of the Association of British Travel Agents.

ABTA sets a code of conduct that its members are required to follow, covering accurate advertising, fair terms and clear handling of changes or complaints. Booking with an ABTA member means your arrangements are made by a company held to those standards, with an independent route to resolution if something is not put right.

ATOL protected

Financial protection for flight inclusive holidays.

ATOL is the Civil Aviation Authority scheme that protects the money you pay for a flight inclusive package. If a journey we arrange includes flights, you receive an ATOL certificate confirming what is protected. Should the company fail, you are not stranded abroad and payments for protected arrangements are refunded.

Safe Travels certified

Health and hygiene protocols recognised globally.

The World Travel and Tourism Council Safe Travels stamp is awarded to businesses that adopt globally standardised health, hygiene and safety protocols. It informs how we vet the operators, hotels and rail partners we place our guests with.

Travel Aware partner

Committed to sharing official UK government travel advice.

Travel Aware is the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office campaign for well prepared travellers. As a partner we share current destination advice, entry requirements and insurance guidance with you before you travel, so there are no surprises at the border or at the platform.
